TERMS OF USE OF THE “ZNAM MAJSTORA” PLATFORM

Hereinafter referred to as “Znam Majstora,” “Provider,” “we,” “us,” or “our.”

2. SUBJECT OF THESE TERMS

These Terms of Service govern the use of the Znam Majstora website, mobile application and other digital services, as well as the rights and obligations of users of the platform.

Znam Majstora is a digital platform that enables users to connect with craftsmen, tradespeople, service providers, entrepreneurs and other providers of services.

The platform offers both free and paid functionalities.

Paid functionalities constitute advertising, promotional and enhanced visibility services for content published on the platform.

3. PLATFORM USERS

The platform may be used by:

  • individuals;
  • entrepreneurs;
  • legal entities;
  • other users who are permitted to register and use the platform in accordance with the platform rules.

The user is required to provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering and using the platform.

The user is responsible for the accuracy of the information they publish.

4. FREE SERVICES

Znam Majstora may provide certain free functionalities of the platform.

Free functionalities may include:

  • registration of a user account;
  • creation of a user profile;
  • publication of free advertisements, where such functionality is available;
  • browsing advertisements;
  • search and filtering;
  • sending and receiving inquiries;
  • use of the “Demand” functionality;
  • other free functionalities that Znam Majstora may make available from time to time.

Znam Majstora reserves the right to establish limits for the free use of individual functionalities.

5. PAID SERVICES

Znam Majstora provides various advertising and promotional services that users may purchase through the platform.

Paid services may include:

5.1. Gold Advertisement

A Gold Advertisement is a paid service for promoting and highlighting an advertisement in order to increase its visibility on the platform.

The duration, method of display and price of the Gold Advertisement are displayed to the user before purchase.

5.2. Blue Advertisement

A Blue Advertisement is a paid promotional service that provides additional visibility of an advertisement compared to standard advertising.

The duration, position, method of display and price are displayed to the user before purchase.

5.3. Premium Gold Advertisement

A Premium Gold Advertisement is an enhanced paid promotional service that may provide additional visibility and highlighting of an advertisement.

The characteristics, duration and price of the service are displayed to the user before purchase.

5.4. Monthly Promotional Services

Znam Majstora may offer monthly promotional packages, including placing an advertisement at the top of a listing, highlighting an advertisement within a category, or other promotional services.

The user pays for the service for the agreed period.

The service does not renew automatically, unless Znam Majstora expressly introduces a different model in the future and clearly presents the applicable terms to the user.

6. PRICE LIST

Current prices for paid services are available through the platform and/or a separate Price List.

The price applicable to a particular purchase is the price displayed to the user immediately before confirmation of the purchase.

Znam Majstora may change the prices of its services.

A price change does not affect purchases that have already been completed.

For an already completed purchase, the price displayed to the user at the time the order was confirmed shall apply.

7. PURCHASE PROCEDURE

The user selects the desired service, reviews its characteristics, price and duration, and confirms the purchase.

Before confirming the purchase, the user must be provided with information enabling them to understand:

  • what they are purchasing;
  • how long the service lasts;
  • the amount payable;
  • the available payment method;
  • the applicable terms of use;
  • cancellation and refund conditions, where applicable.

By confirming an order, the user confirms that they wish to purchase the selected service.

8. ONE-TIME PAYMENT

All paid advertising and promotional services provided by Znam Majstora under this payment model are charged as a one-time payment for the selected period or specific campaign.

There is no automatic monthly charge to the user's payment card.

After the paid period expires, the user does not owe any additional amount and the service does not renew automatically.

9. PAYMENT BY PAYMENT CARD

Znam Majstora enables electronic payment by payment card through the system of the contracted bank/payment service provider.

The user enters their card details on the secure payment page.

Znam Majstora does not require users to provide payment card details by e-mail, telephone, social media or any other communication channel.

10. ACTIVATION OF PAID SERVICES

Following successful authorization and confirmation of payment, the purchased service will be activated in accordance with its description.

If technical or content verification is required for activation, Znam Majstora may perform such verification before activation.

For services that are activated automatically, activation may begin immediately after confirmation of a successful transaction.

11. ADVERTISEMENT CONTENT

The user is responsible for the content of any advertisement they publish.

The user guarantees that the content:

  • is not unlawful;
  • is not misleading;
  • does not infringe the rights of third parties;
  • does not contain false information;
  • does not constitute fraud;
  • does not violate the platform rules.

Znam Majstora may reject, temporarily deactivate or remove an advertisement that does not comply with applicable law, these Terms or the platform rules.

12. REJECTION AND REMOVAL OF ADVERTISEMENTS

Znam Majstora may reject or remove a paid advertisement if:

  • the advertisement contains unlawful content;
  • the advertisement infringes the rights of third parties;
  • the user provides false or misleading information;
  • the content is not permitted under the platform rules;
  • the advertisement constitutes or attempts to constitute fraud;
  • the user misuses the platform;
  • there are other legal or justified grounds for removal.

If the service has already been paid for, the treatment of the paid amount shall depend on the reason for rejection/removal, the extent to which the service has been performed and applicable law.

13. RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN USERS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS

Znam Majstora enables users to find and contact craftsmen and other service providers.

Znam Majstora is not a party to any agreement that a user may enter into with a craftsman or other service provider.

Znam Majstora does not guarantee:

  • the quality of the craftsman's work;
  • the price of the work;
  • the completion deadline;
  • the availability of a craftsman;
  • the results of a service provided by a craftsman;
  • the performance of an agreement between the user and the craftsman.

This does not affect Znam Majstora's liability for services that Znam Majstora itself directly provides to the user.

14. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

Users are prohibited from:

  • falsely representing themselves;
  • publishing false advertisements;
  • committing fraud;
  • misusing the platform;
  • collecting data without authorization;
  • sending unsolicited messages;
  • attempting unauthorized access to the system;
  • publishing content that infringes the rights of third parties;
  • engaging in any other unlawful activity.

15. USER ACCOUNT

The user is responsible for protecting the credentials used to access their account.

Znam Majstora may restrict or suspend an account in cases of:

  • violation of these Terms;
  • misuse of the platform;
  • suspected fraud;
  • unlawful conduct;
  • threats to the security of the platform or other users.

16. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The name, logo, design, software, graphical elements, texts and other elements of the Znam Majstora platform are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users may not copy or commercially use content belonging to Znam Majstora without prior authorization.

The user retains rights to content they independently publish, but grants Znam Majstora the right to use such content to the extent necessary to provide the platform's services.

17. TECHNICAL AVAILABILITY

Znam Majstora makes reasonable efforts to keep the platform continuously available.

Temporary interruptions may occur due to:

  • maintenance;
  • technical problems;
  • hosting system issues;
  • internet service provider issues;
  • bank or payment system issues;
  • force majeure or other extraordinary circumstances.

18. DATA PROTECTION

Znam Majstora processes personal data in accordance with applicable laws and its Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy is a separate document and is available to users on the Znam Majstora website.

19. COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES

Users may submit a complaint or request for resolution of an issue through:

Complaints shall be handled in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

20. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit any statutory rights granted to consumers under applicable law.

21. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Znam Majstora may amend these Terms due to changes in its business operations, platform functionalities or legal requirements.

The updated version of the Terms will be published on the platform.

For purchases that have already been completed, the Terms applicable at the time of purchase shall apply, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
